Personal data

ZNP Packaging BV processes your personal data because you use our services, products or because you provide them yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

  • Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on our website, or because you provide personal information in correspondence by phone or email.

ZNP Packaging BV processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Personal details: 5 years (this is linked to the company name)
  • Address: 5 years (this is linked to the company name)
  • Phone number: 5 years (this is linked to the company name)
  • Email address: 5 years (this is linked to the company name)

 

Sharing of personal data with third parties

ZNP Packaging BV shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. We have an agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

ZNP Packaging BV remains responsible for these processing operations. Also, ZNP Packaging BV provides your personal data to other third parties. We only do this with your explicit permission.

Data is provided to banks in the case of a direct debit and to suppliers in the case of direct deliveries from the supplier.

This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have of you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or data transfer of your personal data or just send a request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to sales@znppackaging.com.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, please make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks.

We take  the protection of your data very seriously and we take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes.
