Order

All products in stock on the website can be ordered. If the order is placed before 12pm, it will be delivered the next working day. Free shipping applies for orders of €450 or more. When a product is not in stock, but is still available for ordering, the approximate delivery time will not be longer than 14 working days. For products that are not in stock, we recommend that you contact us for the possibilities.

An account must be created when placing an order. Business customers must enter a Chamber of Commerce and VAT number during the ordering process. The order history and invoices can be found via "my account". Details of your account can be changed at any time.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered on working days only. When the order is placed before 12pm we will ship the order the next working day. Orders will be delivered with various shipping companies. Unfortunately it is not possible to choose specific delivery options.

Pick-up:
Picking up your order is possible. Depending the size of the order it is possible to pick up your package the same day. Please always contact us so we can discuss the possibilities.

For orders under €450, - we charge €32,50 delivery costs.

Our products are located in a distribution center in Bleiswijk, The Netherlands. To reduce the ecological impact we mostly ship everything in one package box or pallet. When it’s not possible to ship everything together, you will receive several boxes, but we try or best to keep our shipments sustainable.

Payment

Prices on our website are exclusive VAT. While checking out the VAT will be added.

We offer the following payment methods:

• iDEAL
• Paypal
• Mr. Cash (for our Belgian customers)
• Afterpay 

When you want to order with after payment it's only possible when you are logged in into the website. By a payment on account the invoice needs to be paid in 14 days after the invoicedate. Please use your ordernumber and invoicenumber as a reference in your payment. 

After payment is not possible when: 

• The order amount is higher than 150,-
• An invoice from an earlier order is not paid yet
• An order is been made without an account on www.znppackaging.com

Return policy

A return request must be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Preferable we will collect the return of a (faulty) product with a next delivery. Online orders can be returned, with shipping costs for the customer. Please contact us before you want to return a product so we can handle your return carefully.

Warranty

It’s always possible that a product does not meet your expectations or is damaged. We will always try to find the best possible solution for our customers. When you have a question or a complain about a product please contact our sales department. We are very happy to assist you in the further process.
